Welcome to hyd.art. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and content provided by hyd.art ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Platform

You may access and use hyd.art for personal, non-commercial purposes and to explore art, culture, and creative content. You agree not to use the site for unauthorized commercial activity, illegal behavior, or content infringement. We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for any misuse.

2. Artist Contributions & Submissions

If you are an artist or contributor, you represent that all submitted content is your original work or that you have permission to share it. You grant hyd.art a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display, promote, and share your work across our platform and promotional channels with proper attribution. You retain full copyright of your work

3. Sales, Pricing & Commissions

When artworks or services are offered for sale:

You set your own price; hyd.art acts as a facilitator.
hyd.art may apply commission when specified (e.g., 20–50%, communications will define exact rates).
Payment to you is made within 30 days of successful delivery and buyer confirmation.
All required taxes, duties, and shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Artists and buyers are responsible for arranging shipment and insurance. Products must be securely packaged and dispatched within 5 working days of order confirmation. In case of loss or damage during shipping, insurance claims must be filed directly with the courier—hyd.art is not liable.

5. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final unless the item arrives defective or not as described. In such cases, buyers must notify us within 14 days. We will coordinate refunds or replacements in line with applicable regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on hyd.art—including designs, images, text, and code—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission. Artists grant hyd.art permission to promote their work as outlined above.

7. User Accounts & Conduct

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Prohibited conduct includes posting harmful or illegal content, impersonation, or violating third-party rights. Violation may lead to termination of access.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of hyd.art is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal information. By using this site, you consent to our practices described in that document.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. hyd.art does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, hyd.art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless hyd.art, its partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or misuse of the Platform.

11. Termination

You can also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. The following terms will survive termination: Sections 2, 6–11, and any other obligations incurred prior.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before courts in India.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in law or business practices. The updated version will display a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
