Kumaraswamy B

Kumaraswamy B is a Hyderabad-based contemporary artist celebrated for his vibrant, nature-inspired paintings that seamlessly blend stylized human forms with birds, animals, flowers, trees, butterflies, and celestial elements. His distinctive visual language reflects the deep connection between women and nature, presenting dreamlike compositions that celebrate beauty, harmony, fertility, and the rhythms of life. His use of bold colours, decorative motifs, and expressive forms has become a defining characteristic of his practice.

Born in Warangal, Telangana, Kumaraswamy earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from JNT University, Hyderabad. Over the years, he has presented several solo and group exhibitions across India, including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and New Delhi. His works have also been showcased internationally in the United States and are part of numerous private collections in India and abroad. Through his evocative paintings, Kumaraswamy continues to explore the enduring relationship between humanity and the natural world, making him a significant voice in contemporary Indian art.
