Once an order is confirmed and payment has been completed, cancellations and returns are not accepted.

3. Original Artwork Policy
Due to the unique nature of original artworks and the care involved in their sourcing and handling, cancellations are not possible after order confirmation.
4. Damaged Artwork
The only exception to our return policy is when an artwork is received in a damaged condition.
5. Reporting Damage
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photographs and detailed information about the damage. Our team will review the case and advise you on the next steps.
